Site changes

Just a suggestion, but I check the site about 7 times a day (if not more) to see if anything has been updated.

After getting bored of continuously logging on, I decided to add the site to my change detection lists.

Hows about putting something like change detection (http://www.changedetection.com) on the news page, so that users could bookmark the site and find out when new news is released (instead of checking it every 5 mins?)
