No sever list appears

Hey everybody!

I have a problem, I'm a regular player in the MTA SA, in the race mod, everything works great all the time, suddenly when I try to access the part where you choose a server, nothing appears! and I didn't modified anything at all.

I try re-installing but it doesn't work, the server list never appears, and somethimes when I click "refresh" it says "Couldn't connect to server list" but most of the times nothing happen.

I don't have a firewall, and again, I didn't modified my the program.
