Guest
Whenever I try to launch the game, my monitor says that it's running out of frequency. I've had this issue before and I know what causes it (screen resolution is too big), but since I can't see the menu, I can't change it. How can I change the screen resolution outside of the program? Am I missing an obvious config file, or is it not possible. Link to comment
[DooD]Heavyair
i think screen resolution and such are set in the GTA game itself just start the game go into options and turn down the res but im not 100 percent that it will work for the MTA menu screen but might be worth a try Link to comment

Brophy
If you cant start the game in single player to reset the res, go to My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files folder and delete the gta_sa.set file, it will reset the game back to default Link to comment
