Yesh, uhm, open up the ctvdebug.lua file, and all the way in the bottom at line 614 you see written

addCommandHandler ( "give", consoleGive )  

This you comment out, thus making it

-- addCommandHandler ( "give", consoleGive )  

that should do it =)
