Installer crashes during login..

The installer crashes when I click next after entering my username and password. Anyone know what the problem is? I tried logging in without an account as well but it gave me an invalid serial number so i followed that thread about invalid serial numbers and waiting on mine....

same here running vista maybe thats it crash in adminstrative mode and normal mode
