CreateVehicle

Right Now i am using /createvehicle as my spawner, but all that does is create the vehicle where i was and when it blows up it goes back to the spot where i "/created" it, so all i am askin for here is a spawner like "/v bullet" etc.

If you're using the freeroam mode, there is a function that will respawn a vehicle, whenever it blows up. Just take that function out.

yes i am using that, but if i take it out then they have no car spawner so thats what i need, a car spawner.....
