When I play MTA, later I need reset my PC!!

Always when I play MTA... times later the screen freezes and I need reset the PC... resulting later the reinstallation of the game! Who knows what is this?

My PC stats are:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+

1280 MB RAM

nVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS, 256 MB onboard, 512 TC

My OS is Windows XP Service Pack 2
