Clients failing to download resources.

I'm having trouble making my clients download so called 'resources'. I'm using my own gamemode, yet when they join they get Error #9 trying to download my resources.

I originally couldn't get it to download off my listen server (can't get it to run on my Gentoo linux, i need help on that too), so i uploaded the resources, e.g client.lua to my webserver, but still, they get Error #9 trying to download them. This is my config file.

Moo =) Well I hope to see your server up. NR has really... Reduced. The people floating around with the tag are not with the clan. It is a very small group now and we are trying to make a more suitable "clan" name. I hope Fackin is doing good. I want to see some Chiliad!
