Map editor problem.. help?

I recetly downloaded the latest version of mta san andreas deathmatch and i installed it fully, (this includes the map editor) and whenever i try to start the map editor in-game i get an error saying: The map editor rescource is not installed"

I have the V1.00 version of san andreas and i have the old MTA SA installed

help?
