Error, cannot load the Race Creator

Every time i start up mta i get this warning... Error, cannot load the Race Creator. I t was workin fine a few days ago but now this happens all the time, its dmn annoying. GRR, any one help?

Uninstall mta by going to > Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, then find Multi theft auto and Click Remove. Then Reinstall Multi Thrft Auto. Make sure you install EVERYTHING. Next go to MTA open it up and it will work hope this helps
