[TLR] join evaluation proccess

After all that time thinking about it, it was time i raised a clan, but joining isn't always an easy thing (I play by the name Razgriz)

The joinment evaluation is held in STONED freeroam server (DON'T KILL OR RAM) on 213.46.134.119:22003

Ur evaluation counts on the speed: (PM me for that)

Join request 1: Finish the dragstrip between 12 and 0 seconds (PM me for that)
