GTA3:MTA 0.5 client is busted help

Before i posted this ive did the following

Patched my GTA III to 1.1

installed the client from the following url: http://www.gonnaplay.com/fileInfo.php?g=201&f=23

and have tryed downloading it from other URLs

I installed the client from the Wiki FAQ also

the issue im having is not with the game its with the client not opening,

the following screenshots are of what the client is doing when i try to open it

as u will see here the Multi Theft Auto shortcut has no icon

After i try to open the shortcut i get this error

here are pritty much the same screenshot except in the home folder with the home apps

and

as u see there some sorta messed up error

does anyone know y or on how to fix it

btw 0.4.1 client works fine for me as does mta 0.3b

ya my windows acct is a admin acct

Redownload and reinstall MTA.

i did many times from many other host

Nvm the issue is fixed and im not too sure how it got fix but no need to post here any more
