Cannot run the game at all

I get a message as soon as I try and run it.

"could not start GTA SA. Please try restarting, or if the problem persists, contact MTA at multitheftauto.com"

I have already sent a message about this but I thought I should post it on here to get a faster reply.

Try seeing if San Andreas single player works first. Remember you can only run 1 intance of San Andreas in the background. Also, you need SA v1.0.

If still no luck, uninstall/reinstall both San Andreas and MTA:SA.
