uh what? if you're refering to mED you can mod single player with it.

Otherwise, MTA does not allow you to destroy world elements.

to bad Cj`s house would be cool if it was a villa like the playboy manson with hoe`s and stuff in it. i thing gta would be much cooler if u start with a guy with alot of money and a house that u can put Tv and stuff in it

With alot of money? What's the point of getting cash from missions then? It's cool to build yourself up from low into high!
