MTA 0.5 error stops work.

Whenever I try to start the MTAclient for MTA 0.5, it just says that it encounters an error and needs to close. Here's a screenshot:

And here are my system specs:

I'm running Multi Theft Auto:Vice City and the vc.exe is version 1.0. And I live in New York City. What's goin on??

Open "mta.ini" in your Multi Theft Auto folder and add a line under [Main],

DontGetLatest=1 

Should work.

Sorry to double post but whenever I try to see the servers, nothing shows up. It's just blank.
