How to get GTA/MTA Maps into 3D Max or Cinema 4D

Hi Guys,

Im new here and my first question is how to get the maps of GTA SA or MTA into a compatible 3d-Format like .3ds or .c4d.

Other formats are also ok, but what I search is a program, a converter, and ideas from you, how to do this.
