Weird MTA not compatible with VC, help

Vicecity installed on pc and MTA too. singleplayer mode without mta is ok, normal menus like newgame, save game etc, i starting MTA , connecting server... connected and when i click startgame the game starting BUT same menus ingame like new game, save game in singlemode ...NO START MTA menu

...and when im goin ingame with NEW game menu, the game starting , i see mta chat window, i can chat BUT no online players ingame only the singlemode pedastrians (with servernicks lol)

i wanna play mta on my holiday with this pc, help

It seems it hasnt installed right, have you tried a reinstall?

ye, about 40times each and in any possible variation

im tryed with my friends files2 (i mean i overwrited my all files with their all files and same prob)

one big mta guru said on irc: maybe the problem in the starting sequence (loading)
