MTA San Andreas crashes on first load splash

I get a file corrupted error, underneath the Multitheftauto first splash screen

uninstalled -reinstalled

This is on vista,

Its tweaked so everything runs as administrator

Its not firewall or av there disabled or removed

GTA:SA works fine by itself.

I can copy the whole folders to an xp box and they work.

But the xp box is off

And ill just have the vista one,

Help!
