Error Message

I've read through almost every post and tried everything to fix this problem, but i can't seem to find it. I get the message:

This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I have installed the Hot Coffee fix and reinstalled everything 4 or 5 times. Can't find a solution. Can anyone help?

Download the .dll here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-f ... ml?msvcr71

Put it in c:\windows\system32

And then it should work.
