Okay I double click on the Play MTA san andreas icon and the thing comes up about playing with yourself however this then disapears and nothing happens.

How can I start the game

MTA doesn't support vista yet. It has been discussed lots of times and there is no way you could make it run on vista.

P.S: Next time search the forum
