need help with server

im new to the MTA thing but i really enjoy cops & robbers. and im looking for admins to help me configure a server. ( i have a NY Dedicated server) I just need to know what files to get to have it running.

any help is appreciated and i can't find where to download the Cops&robbers add on. i've searched but can't seem to find it
