I can't type while in the game! (i know i need to press 't')

For some reason, it wont let me say anything, i have VC 1.0 and when i first got MTA i was able to chat while playing, but now i cant say anything which means i cant spawn or do anything like that! Plz help!

Go into your GTA:VC folder (programfiles/rockstar games/grand theft auto vice city/) There should be a config.cfg file in that folder. Open it in notepad and remove everything in it and add this:

bind F11 showscores

bind F10 showplayers

bind t say

bind F9 showchat

bind F12 screenshot

Then save and play.
