Why does every version after 23690-20251229 run so poorly? I'm experiencing massive frametime spikes, along with constant stuttering and hitching. Because of these regular spikes, enabling VRR/G-Sync causes horrible monitor flickering.
The last good version was 23690-20251229 — every build after that is a disaster. The problem is not my hardware or system; rolling back to version 23690 completely fixes all these issues, which appear in every newer build.
