75th.
Prism tec translates x86 and x64 instrus to ARM64 which will be the case on your "to be bought" laptop... GTA SA as a game (singleplayer) would probably launch but with moderate performance... Now MTA is basically a mod that hooks into the GTA engine but it can be prone to isues if it runs because of performance, so it may crash or freeze... the answer here would be uncertain and if it runs it would probably be unstable overall... Haven't heard about anything like this before for ARM based machines in forums or in the community as whole but there may be someone who can give more info or someone of MTA's team that can help give you the exact answer. I've looked and found that these laptops' prices are equivalent to good x86-x64 based ones you get for a good price as well with nice performance, you can look up your choices and choose what's best for you.
