there is no win in DM maps

cls63 I ordered some spaghetti with marinara sauce and I got egg noodles and ketchup. I'm an average nobody.

i uploaded a bunch of DM maps into the server, and the issue is that there is no winning, you play and recieve hunter at the end but nothing happens, and the win isnt recorded in F5 toptimes panel, how can i fix that? 

i remember in other servers also when you win there is 3 levels, level one, two, three..., how can i get it into the server is it a mod?
