MTA uses integrated graphics card only

I've had this problem ever since i've gotten my new laptop. It's an ASUS TUF Gaming F15, Intel Core i5-11400H, RTX 3050Ti. My game is slow, 40-50fps, it lags much, and when I turn on Task Manager it says that the usage on my RTX is about 5-15%, while my integrated card is usually about 15%. It's really frustrating, that I can't use my laptop to the fullest, and need to deal with lags on a 20 year old game. Can somebody please help me, I've tried everything.

I've changed some settings, now the fps are 50-60, but with drops and stutters. The usage is now around 15% on the RTX and 5% on the integrated GPU. The CPU usage is around 30%. Still need help.
