My MTA started lagging and I cant hear a sound

My MTA laucher started lagging suddenly. I've already started playing in a server and everything was normal. The next day (today), I oppened the laucher and was lagging pretty bad and I couldnt hear anything, cant say exacly the FPS count, but my guess its like 5-10 FPS maximum. Somehow I could play with good fps but no sound when I got inside the server I was playing, after restarting my game to see if I could make the sound issue work, now even inside a server my game lags, so I cant play basically.
Btw, if there's any mispells, english isnt my first language. Thank you.

My pc specs are:

I5 9400F
RTX 2060 Super
16GB Ram
Windows 10
I can play Cyberpunk 2077 with no issues but somehow this lags.
