Black screen on join – most servers not loading

I’ve been facing this issue for over a year. When I join the "WanasahTime" server in MTA:SA, I get stuck on a black screen right after connecting. I can see the message "Connected! [MTA:SA Server 1.6]" but nothing loads after that. No login panel or map appears.

Things I tried:
- Restarted the game
- Deleted the cache folder
- Pressed F1, F2, F8, ESC (no UI shows)
- Waited for minutes (still black)

Also, I tried joining other servers. Only a few servers work, and **most Arabic servers don't load at all** — I always get the same black screen. It seems like something is wrong either with my client or something related to certain server types.

Note: My PC does not have a dedicated graphics card. Just built-in Intel graphics.

Other servers (like some international ones) work fine.

Can anyone help or explain what causes this?
