Consistent per 15 min crashing of MTA(0x00044ad0)

Hello, I am having constant crashes for a while now(2 months). I have tried everything I found online to resolve this issue:

• Check and update my .dll Windows files.
• Downgrade my Nvidia drivers to 566.xx because I have heard about issues for latest 572.xx drivers for old games.
• Reinstalled multiple times GTA SA from different places and from other people playing on my server, reinstalled MTA also.
• Tweaked settings by using windowed mode, lock to 60 fps, lowest possible settings.
• Made executables for both GTA SA and MTA to run as administrator.
• Tried making my monitor run on 60 fps with no G-Sync.

As of today I'm unable to even start the game as I'm missing netc.dll somehow overnight.

I will try to reinstall MTA again.
