Game crashing after adding MTA in Steam Library

Hikari

Question

Hello!

The thing is that I reinstalled Windows 11 24H2, with a license, after which I installed GTA San Andreas (RGL, but downgraded to 1.0 separately from the licensed game) and MTA 1.6.0 itself from Github.
Everything was fine, I went to my server, then left it. Then I turned on goodbyedpi for YouTube in parallel with MTA and the game still worked fine. But as soon as I added it to the Steam library list, it crashed when loading the server (see 1st error). Immediately after that, I restarted the game through the window of this error, was going to go to the server again, and the game crashed in the same way (see 2nd error). And as soon as I decided to try to go to the server again, I was kicked (see 3rd error).

Unfortunately, this problem occurs over and over again, and, unfortunately, it is not possible to solve it on my own.

Hello, if you're encountering multiple types of errors, it could be due to multiple issues. For example, you might be using modded versions of MTA or GTA. Here’s what you should do:

  • Ensure that your MTA and GTA files are completely clean and mod-free.
  • Make sure your drivers are up-to-date.
  • If the issue only occurs on one specific server, it’s likely related to that server's scripts and mods.
  • Double-check that you've installed MTA and GTA correctly.

If you’re still experiencing issues, you’re probably using a cracked version of GTA, and the only solution would be to purchase an official copy of GTA.

If you've tried all these steps, you may also need to update Windows.

Hello!
Sorry for the long reply - I was busy (ᵕ —ᴗ—)

I used both the license (RGL and Steam) and the downgraded to 1.0 version of the Steam game. However, the result is still the same.

I have the latest drivers, including the latest version of Windows 11 24H2 (I also tried Windows 10, but to no avail).

So it is very difficult for me to say what the specific problem is, since for a long time (about 3 years) I had no problems logging in via Steam to the CCDPlanet server (I specifically named the name of the server if this helps in any way)
