Very low FPS in MTA

Hey, so I have really low fps in game, doesn't matter what server; how many people; with heavy load of resources or not. Tried reinstalling etc.. installing driver updates. My pc is able to handle much more than GTA san andreas, but still there is a big problem with MTA, I have no idea why is it like that; way back in a day it was working fine.

These files can cause performance issues, especially if they are not compatible with the MTA version or if they are infected.
