Is Macbook compatible with MTA SA?

I wanted to ask whether I can download GTA SA on my Macbook, and whether MTA is compatible. Note that I have not downloaded Windows system on my Macbook.

With the help of a software called Parallels, you can run a virtual machine on your Macbook that you can use to run Multi Theft Auto.
We cannot provide continuous and accurate support for it, it works on a best effort basis.
