MTA stuttering

anders0nd0ge

Question

What the title says. I have been experiencing it ever since MTA 1.6 came out. Before that everything was completely fine. It feels like I'm the only one ever who experiences this kind of problem, since during my long research I haven't seen anyone ever mentioning something like this.

What I've already tried:
  • reinstalled the GPU drivers;
  • reinstalled MTA and GTA:SA numerous times;
  • used SSD instead of HDD (now I only use the SSD, but the problem started back when I had an HDD)

MTADiag's result: https://pastebin.mtasa.com/8500993440
