Mouse steering

Hello! I want to create a mouse steering script, but I dont know where to start. I found one, but its for GTA SA and uses CLEO.

Sort of ETS 2 Mouse steer, a little hud on the bottom of the screen, so you always know, where is the wheel. If anyone can help, I appriciate that! Thanks!

U create a zero point, where u save the cursorposition when u press for example the left mouse button. 

When u created the zeropoint and pressing the left mouse button u maybe change the handling of the vehicle, i mean the steering (steeringLock handling) by the difference from zeroPointX and mousePosX

lastly u set the pedControlState.
