[Movement] Different movement on servers.

Hello guys, i have hosted server with basic GTA SA movement like this - https://streamable.com/1sdnwd.

And on local i have better - https://streamable.com/i1qcfq. Can someone tell me what script on default local server is doing this movement or how to fix it?

It's because of the weapon skill is set to maximum on the local server, you should change the values to 1000 then everything should work fine.
