i cant get my server to run

hello i am watti on most servers and i have decided to make my own so if you could plz help me i am up to when i open the cmd server thingy and it says - MTAServer log opened -

(20:52:35) JOIN: 'watti', PlayerID = 0 (127.0.0.1)

(20:52:52) QUIT: 'watti', PlayerID = 0 ... quit due to timeout.

when i go to create server and press start server .. what do i do help plz

your server started successfuly.. if you time out, try turning off rich motd and ASE

i still cant get it to run but it took a longer time to time out
