Some resources won't update when i refresh why?

Hey gamers, happy mew year!..... I admit i am noob, which is why i need you guys.. Guys when i moved the file to my resource folder and refresh it won't update, is there a way to fix this?

make sure that you put the main folder of the resource

for example

resources/admin

and inside admin the meta file and all script files directly

There is a difference in /refresh and /refreshall

/refresh

Refresh resource list to find new resources

/refreshall

Refresh resources and restart any changed resources

Maybe you did /refresh and not /refreshall?
