ban for no reason

Hello, I'm Brazilian, I'd like to know the reason for the ban for (paid cheat is what this is showing here) I always played MTA in my old house without any problem I moved to 1 different house and out of nowhere when I went in today it appeared that I'm admin of 1 server what is the meaning of this ban? is using panel (P) now a cheat? no one messes with my pc no dad (ask them to review the reason for the ban thanks
