Ban Appeal Request [CD47]

Hello Dear MTA Creators, 

I have installed MTA yesterday i have been banned because of 'Prohibited vm type and serial change' , i use arch Linux so i had to installed it on wine.

My Internet service provider has filtered my connection to mta Servers and when i try to open mta it gives me error 'There was problem validating your serial' so i had to change my IP address in order to validate my serial. is there anyway to help ?
