Is there anyway i can play MTA VC without the game?

Im Decy, i used to be a regular player of MTA VC for ages until my CD Drive broke. I was wandering if i could just start up MTA without any GTA VC data? Even if i could just access the servers and talk to a few old friends until i get my CD drive fixed

Ye, you can use it to chat and stuff but if you're gonna play it you need the game.
