An error won't let me log in to a specific server

hello, my problem is that I try to enter on a server and I get an error [Error CD09], which does not allow me to enter but only occurs in that specific server, try other servers and I can enter without problems I tried to uninstall and install and nothing change it and and I do not use applications such as netlimiter , is there any solution for this error ?
