Getting CD09 or AC#4

Every time I try to join a server I get a CD09 error message or an AC#4 (CD48) message and get kicked. The mhyprotect.sys mentioned in the AC#4/CD48 message does not exist on my computer. I have had my Windows 10 21H2 restarted ("shutdown /g /f /t 0"). Furthermore, I deleted the affected GTA and MTA installation and freshly installed GTA SA from the Rockstar Launcher and then freshly downloaded and installed MTA 1.5.9. Errors are still exactly the same as with the old installation. Drivers are up to date, there is no virus in it either. Strangely, the same MTA installation runs on my old Windows 8.1 machine without any problems, I can access any server without an error message...

There was a false positive caused by Kaspersky which has been fixed already. I checked your MTAdiag and you had it, so you might need to restart the MTA 3-4 times to solve this.
