my MTA 0.5 server problem ''connection timed out''

Hi,

Yesterday I build a MTA server. I thought it works fine but when somebody tried to connect, my MTA client says:

Flodder has joined the game.

As you can see the ping of ''Flodder'' is 0 2 - 5 secs later my MTA client says:

Flodder timed out.

Flodder is a friend of me and his client says: Disconnected: Connection timed out. (Delay = 10 sec)

Other friends also tried to connect, but everyone gets the same error.

Here's a screen of my server:

I have a AMD Athlon 3700+ with 1.0 GB ram and an ATI Radeon x800xl, Windows XP and SP2 installed, no firewall and my windows allows the MTA Server to connect to the internet with the ports 7777, 2004 and 7900. I also have a router but I forwarded all these ports already. I also installed the MTA 0.5 server patch.

Maybe anyone knows what I'm doing wrong
