Basic Information Before Starting Up Your Own Gang?

Hello, I'm Tony Ragusa. I have played MTA:VC once before & due do a slow computer I just deleted MTA & VC. Anyways, I Come from a site that used to Host MTA Gangs back in 2003 called Gangs Of Gta ( I am not trying to advertise, Please dont take it the wrong way) & A Friend I met on there Called Jimi Mac. Jimi & Me are soon hoping to Create a VC Gang for Deathmatch Server. Is there any information that Is valuable to know before creating a Gang? I Know That Allies, Good Members, Certain Requirments for each Job should be taking into Consideration. Any Ideas/Help would be greatly appreciated.

Its basically how you run your clan that will improve your clans own status and become respected for that. Recruiting the right and mature players will obviously increase your clans good popularity around the community. It will take time to see something grow and succeed but aswell gives other clans a challenge into fighting new opponents and meeting new players.

Just the right attitude towards the community.
