You can always search for resources on our community, where it does have free resources to use, published by scripters. The one you're looking for is here. Also, you can learn Lua (and also MTA scripting) to code your own.

By the way, take a look at this function: getPlayerPing.

Removed script download link: it's so damn unoptimized that spreading it across the community isn't a good idea. The guy you helped got it, that's what matters though

It's weird how it used to be on a lot of servers, and is now lost. (Unless it's just really hard to find)
