Guest
Hi people, sorry I'm posting this kind of problem again but I couldn't get a clear solution to this. I have a dynamic IP an a router. The Router ports for the Server, ASE and Admin Login are configured correctly. (TCP and UDP) I start the server and it works, BUT I can't see the server, and friends of mine can't see it, too. I tried to search for it at Game-Monitor.com, but couldn't find it, even my server says "Querying game-monitor master server..." And friends can't connect via Quick Connect to my IP I also tried using a DNS from No-Ip, but they can't reach it, too. I can join the server myself on MTA. Please help me with this Thank you! edit: My friends have opened their ports, too! And I know can see my server at game-monitor, but still noone can connect (Connection Timed Out) 2nd edit: My NAT is turned ON! Do I have to turn it off or is there any other method? Someone here wrote NAT has to be off, but don't know what it will do... um..3rd edit: Now I can't see my server again. How long does it take, until I can find it at game-monitor.com?? Link to comment
0815-racer
Hi, simply forward port 22003 UDP for MTA:SA and 22126 UDP for ASE. Port 44003 UDP is for Remote Admin. Forwarding any TCP ports is not necessary. My server doesn't appear at Game-Monitor.com, but in the server browser! (Maybe need to register the server there? ) Edit: Yes, you have to register your server at game-monitor.com! I tried Edited May 6, 2006 by Guest Link to comment
MTA Team jhxp Posted May 5, 2006 MTA Team Share Posted May 5, 2006 Similar problem, so I'll have a similar answer Are you sure that you forwarded the ports correctly? Since sounds like they aren't forwarded too well, or there's a problem with them. You could also try using different client port (and obviusly, diff. ase port as well), like 22004, and 22127.
