Unhandled Exception Error

I got the Error that error telling me:

Unhandled Exception:c0000005

At Address:00652f80

And then appear the error of gta-vc has found a problem and needs to be closed.

I tryed everything, reinstalling my GTA VC and even changing to v1.1, i found on the FAQ that copying the GTX files would fix the problem but i still getting the same. Can anyone help me?

After the uninstallation, take a quick search to see if there are any files which could still be remaining on your computer and remove them.

Did you by any chance play the game in single player, for a few minutes, before installing MTA?

Some problems occur when this process hasen't been done.
