Very imporatnt question referring to the Multiplayer

Well, to my mind the mta is very good, but what about shooting, running around and things like this. Actually i´ve played it for a long time, but it becomes more boring, because it is always the same.

So here my question: will there be a mta containing shooting and running around. And can you get out of your car when ever you want to?
