First Person Mod

Hi, I'm from Brazil and I have a roleplay server and I really wanted to add a realistic first-person system, with working gun sights and things like that.
I was wondering if it is possible, and if there is already a similar system for download.
Sorry my English, he is not the best and I had a help from google translator.

Hello SpecT, I took a look and of all the mods neither one worked properly, especially when aiming with the weapon, it is impossible to have a pvp with these mods, I was wondering if there is something like the video below:
