So I am trying to download russian/english drift server ''Yamamichi", whilst downloading it does not want to download img 3041, it is a sticker to put on the car. While downloading it shows that I need to download 0.457.33kB but it keeps downloading past it. I have tried taking the picture from a friend and putting it in the folder, but it still downloads as new file and only loads half of the picture when I open it again. (alos treid to run it as administrator and without antivirus) This problem also accrued on my old pc. After letting it to download for few minutes it throws out a error, saying that the download speed is too slow 10kb in 10 seconds. You will be able to see some pictures I provided in the link below.
